An impressive wine, textured creamy and full bodied white, unlike many Georgian whites, which usually undergo skin contact the directly pressed juice is aged in buried qvevri (clay pots buried in the ground) - its lovely stuff. Quantities are scarce these guys produce just over 1000bts a year.

VINIFICATION:Direct pressed unfined, unfiltered, very low Sulphur , no temperature control, fermented spontaneously. Aged in Qvevri
