A blend of Cab Sauvignon from 2019 and Merlot from 2020 vintage, soucerd from 20 to 30 years old vines from different plots on clay/limestone and volcanic soils on the hills of Fara Vicentino, Mason Vicentino and Breganze. The two varieties ferments with an average of 15 days maceration with the skins. At the end of the fermentation the wines are decanted and left in old tonneaux for eight months and assembled together before bottling. An elegant red, with hints of dark cherry, earthy nuances, delicate tannins and soft acidity.
