This has always been one of our favourite sparkling wines, it’s dynamic fresh and quite frankly a steel for what it is. It’s truly wonderful stuff - its just as good as Champagne in many cases.

Farming: Celine and Laurent are childhood sweethearts, and farm their small estate in the Macon biodynamically, demeter certified.
Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested, fermentations are wild and there is no sugar added at all (0 dosage) it is truly a great wine at the base.
