Chardonnay Bacchus Ark Wines 2020 Suffolk UK

We did a little trip to Ark wines recently and picked up some stock, the white is really lean and clean, the fruit is sourced from near by New Hall, their own vines a little young to produce wine yet. Perfect if you are a fan of taught mineral wines and a great fit for local oysters.

Producer: Ark Wines, situated just outside Long Melford, a small domaine set up by Hans and Amanda. The wines have a classical feel though with some cool ideas in hand. A lovely discovery.
