Vignes Du Maynes Cuvee Auguste 2019 Bourgogne Rouge France

Another producer with a big reputation, the wines are serious, cuvee Auguste is made with Pinot Fin (an old clone of Pinot Noir). Elegance is the name of the game savoury, mineral and built to stand the test of time.

Producer: Clos des Vignes du Maynes, vignes in Macon- Cruzille, some of the vineyards have been in existence since 910. Julien Guillot now runs the show but his grandfather was one of the founding members of the AB (agriculture biologique) certification.
