Oh my this is absolutely stunning! Emphase is a playful take on Burgundy, Whole bunch from very old vines, aged in a mix of oak barrels and concrete eggs, a beautifully aromatic nose of blackberry fruit a sappy lifted structure and mineral edge. Reminiscent of the wines of Rene Engel in their spirited nature.
Producer: Antoine Lienhardt- Biodynamic 4.5Ha classed as Cote de Nuits Villages and Nuit Saint Georges. The vines were taken over from his family’s vineyard.
