Lifted, incredibly fine and pure, a great straddle between two worlds and a wine I would recommend for those who love natural and classics alike. We drank this with a venison tartare and it wasn’t lost. We love all the wines from Uchida and this was no exception. It might seem quirky that its a non vintage but actually it adds to the complexity.
