A key winery for the natural wine movement, at the time they were first making wines conventional wine was the norm. “Made from grapes” was a famous statement made by the estate, in a world that was all about upping the yields and technological advances in the cellar. The wines have been Biodynamic since 2010 and the ethos is very much the same today. as when they first started. La belle sortie is fresh and vibrant aged in a combination of oak barrels and demi muids. 0 % funky but 100% delicious all the same.
