Grown on Schist, sandstone and clay and aged on the lees in tanks, it’s juicy, fruity, fresh and mineral with excellent length this is the wine they have a little fun with, its very playful but still grown-up and a great toe into the wines of the Domaine.
Producer: Domaine aux Moines, a female led estate founded by Monique Laroche in 1981 and now run by daughter Tessa, situated next-door to the equally famous Coulee de Serrant in Savennieres. Organically farmed with biodynamic practices.
