Every now and then you meet someone who makes wines that over deliever for the price and this is one of them, textured and honeyed and built to last. A guy with some ex perience working making beers in Belgium, working alongside the likes of the respected Vincent Careme, and inspired by the likes of Richard Leroy. Its a class act.

FARMING: Biodynamic
VINIFICATION: Fermented in fibreglass, 25% was aged in 228ltr barrels (bought from local hero Stéphane Bernaudeau), then bottled with 10mg/l sulphur on March 29th, no fining or filtration. Fresh and quaffable there is a schist stamp which brings drive to the palate
