Wild plums, forest smoke and berry flavours. Pure red fruit with a pomegranate twist. 100% Merlot from a 1/2 hectare plot surrounded by woods and mixed use land, the antithesis of a monoculture. Fermented in Stainless Steel with wild yeasts. Produced and bottled with no addition of sulphur. A great immediacy of ripe fruits is at the core of this with a tantalising dance of natural acids and crunchy complexity.
