One of the first natural wines I was introduced to, and it blew me away, Sebastien Riffault’s Sancerre ‘s pack a punch of flavour moving from the overly green styles we are used to having , some of his Sancerre’s leave you scratching your head about what you can do with Sauvignon blanc this is a very gentle introduction to his wines but a big thumbs up.
