A wild and deep frizzante made in equal part of Lambrusco di Sorbara, Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco Grasparossa. The grapes spend 6 days with their skins, enough to give the wine the right concentration of color and structure. After few months in concrete vats it's bottled with a little must of the same harvest to cause the second fermentation, resulting in an earthy Lambrusco packed with sour cherries and bitter herbs, savoury aftertaste and a joyful soul.
