The opok is a truly lovely entry point into one of Austria’s top wine makers, its a blend of Sauvignon Blanc/Morillon and Muskateller. At just 10% its dangerously more-ish, opok is the name of the soil from this part of Austria (found in slovenia and Italy too) and its a really terroir driven wine.
