Dry Tokay with personality, big mouthfeel showing white flowers, juicy yellow fruit. Furmint is an excellent variety and a noble one for Hungary, it produces lovely big textured wines with a lively edge and this is no exception. Perfect with roasted Hake and lentils.
Producer Hommona Attila, an ex DJ and retrained winemaker, takes micro production to the limits with just 3ha of vines and a production of 3000-5000bts a year. In a region famous for sweet wines, due to climatic changes Attila has decided to focus on dry styles, an entrepreneur and inspiring winemaker.
