Passerina from fifteen years old vines on Pergola Abruzzese planted on dark clay soils. The fruit spent four days on the skins, before being pressed off to steel for six months. This displays pure notes of citrus, lime and bergamot, with a bright acidity and an elegant, vertical palate.
